Google has just added a new option in AdSense to set the time zone. On 24th July Google has made the announcement about this new upcoming feature. The main purpose of this improvement is to allow AdSense publishers to view their performance reports in with in a local time zone that is obviously more relevant to them.

To change your time zone settings visit AdSense > Account Setting> Scroll down to time zone under Account Information section and click edit to set time zone (Pakistan TZ: UTC+05:00 and, it will appear in AdSense as (+05:00) Karachi).
Keep remember that time zone modification will affect AdSense performance reports for your account from today ownwards. Your billing information will remain in Pacific Time.
