Update: Facebook Comment Picture is Live Again
On 18th June 2013 Facebook introduced a new feature to add images directly into comments. As we know a single image can speak thousand words but unfortunately due to misuse or of its exploit use by spammers forced Facebook officials to take this feature back. 
There might be also other possibilities for example: it may be in process of up-gradation.
