Last week Samsung loses
the battle against Apple for patent use and ordered to pay penalty of 1,000
millions in order to replace damage. But recently Apple not stopped on here and
now planned to increase the list of patents products by adding four more
tablets and Smartphone’s which are copied by Samsung without and permit.
According to Apple, almost
21 products of Samsung including Smartphone’s, tablets, and accessories copied
their design, features and specs without any permission which is definitely
falls in act of copyright, and that’s the only reason Apple filed a legal case
against Samsung.
The purpose or aim which is hidden behind this plagiarism is to
fill up the market by spreading Samsung’s smartphones and devices. Now some of the gadgets which are listed in lawsuit by Apple
against Samsung are; Galaxy Note, Galaxy Note 10.1, Galaxy S3, etc. And all of
the Apple arguments have solid proofs after finding resemblance between
features, shapes designs, etc. By the way now it is cleared that in future
every company will think hundred times before to cheat or plagiarizes someone’s
stuff. And Now I think it’s time to make rules stronger to stop such
activities.
