Settings
To connect tablet / laptop / smartphone to TV by use of Chromecast dongle you need to follow few easy steps. Take dongle and pop it in HDMI port at the back of TV and, give power to dongle via micro usb cable in case your TV does not have feature to give power to HDMI attached devices. In the next step (will appear on TV as Set Me Up) you need to do some small settings before going ahead for fun. Visit official site and install chromecast app / extension in chrome browser of device. Do click on set up button to detect chromecast device and then connect it to local wireless network. Once the Wi-Fi get detected the TV will show you a verification code on its screen. Accept that code in your device, enter wireless network details and, also do change your chromecast username to start your own local stream.
